1. How can I log on to the website?
You can register an account on a related page, and use the email address and password to login after verification.
2. Must I log on to the website if I want to place an order?
You can certainly log on to the website and place orders. We also provide GUEST CHECKOUT for you. Then you can place orders without logging on but just filling in your email address on the CHECKOUT page.
3. How can I pay for the orders?
Cash on Delivery or Online Payment.
4. When can I receive my packages?
In the Lagos region, order delivery will be done between 1 to 3 days;
In Ibadan, Abuja, Onitsha, Benin City, PHC , order delivery will be done between 3 to 5 days;
Note: Delivery is currently done only within the region above. Delivery to other Regions in Nigeria will be added soon.
5. What are the kinds of customer services do you provide?
We provide you with three kinds of customer services: HOTLINE, EMAIL and LIVE CHAT.
You can choose any one of them according to your actual demand.
