All products purchased on Phantom Official Website can be returned for free within 21 days after delivery, with the following terms and conditions:
If the product received is not as advertised on our website
If a wrong product is delivered to you
If you no longer want the product you received.
Then the product must be returned unused and unactivated , in its original packaging with all seals intact.
We will be responsible for paying the delivery charge for returning a product, you don’t need to worry about the delivery cost .

Send a picture of the item you want to return to our service centre email
Step 3: Pack your product
Ensure that the product being returned does not have the seal broken and it’s intact as delivered.
Step 4: Return your product
If the product you want to return meets all the return requirements, our delivery partners would pick up the item and a refund would be processed
