All products purchased on Phantom Official Website can be returned for free within 21 days after delivery, with the following terms and conditions:
1. If the product received is not as advertised on our website
2. If a wrong product is delivered to you
3. If there's quality issue of the product you received
4. If you no longer want the product you received.
Then the product must be returned unused and unactivated , in its original packaging with all seals intact.
We will be responsible for paying the delivery charge for returning a product due to reason 1&2&3;

If the product you want to return meets all the return requirements, our delivery partners would pick up the item and a refund would be processed
