“I think feedback is basically a blessing and a good thing because that then makes me a better person that makes my baseline in terms of customers happy, a good thing and a customer who speaks is basically better than a customer who doesn’t speak. So I’m able to improve on my products.”

MODESTA ANGELA OLOTCH | BANKER

My name is Modesta Angela Olotch. I am a wife, a mother, a sister and I'm a prayerful woman. I am a banker I have done that for over 15 years now and I love my job because of the impact and the difference I make in people's lives and businesses out there.

What was your drive to enter the banking sector?

My main reason was because of the competitive and the dynamic nature of the industry. That was my main drive. Then I just thought being a big part of the economic scenario, I thought it would be prudent that I joined it because I thought we were that the benefits then would be huge. Basically, that was it.

How do you feel when you get feedback from customers and the team members?

I think feedback is basically a blessing and a good thing because that then makes me a better person that makes my baseline in terms of customers happy, a good thing and a customer who speaks is basically better than a customer who doesn't speak. So I'm able to improve on my products. I'm able to make customers happier because then I change all make good what they thought was bad.

What inspires you to get up everyday and get to the grind?

That would basically be the impact that l would make. So that's what makes me wake up every day and besides the impact, is the bigger picture that I make, or I improve on someone else. So I think I do it, mainly just for the impact that I would do to myself and the society.

What would you consider the highlight of your success story so far?

My biggest would basically be I've been in the banking industry for more than 10 years. So the biggest and the best thing for me is the growth I have seen with my customers because some we have started from scratch and where we are now I'm actually proud and I feel part of, you know, that business that the client has been doing. So I think just the growth that I seen my customers and the Improvement and you know at times they have fall backs and things don't happen the way they were. But the moment we can be able to pick up the pieces and move on. That becomes my best.

How does a phone help in your creative workflow and how do you use it?

Since I started using this particular phone, I think the biggest has been the speed process, because I'm able, I've realized the speed is high and I'm able to do, you know, to, I'm able to open many apps at the same time, I can multitask using it just because of the speed. And again I've realized when it comes to the camera clarity you know when we have the zoom meetings and all the clarity is perfect. So I think I'm able to multitask because of the apps. I can actually and there is no hanging. The phone doesn't hang at all. So I think that has been a plus for me.

What was your impression when you unboxed the Phantom X2?

It was the most sleek phone I ever came across. I looked at the camera. It's just made me feel wow, so it's a best thing I have had.

Which feature of the Phantom X2 do you feel is the most important for your daily workflow?

To be the first connectivity on the speed is the best thing because I tend to multitask a lot. And what I've realized with the phone is but it has not hung from when I started using it. So for my multitasking kind of life, it is the best.

On a scale of ‘it’s a bust’, ‘it’s worth a look’ or ‘it’s a no brainer’, where do you place the Phantom X2?

It's a no-brainer.
