Warranty terms and conditions

• The starting date of the product warranty is subject to the date of the purchase invoice; if the last day of the warranty validity is a statutory holiday, it will be extended to the next day following the holiday.
• If consumers lose the invoice and product warranty card, and cannot provide valid proof, the starting date of the warranty will be the day 90 days from the factory date shown on the SN number of the phone.

Repair quality commitment

• If the product is within the warranty period after repair, the original warranty continues, and the period is counted as 30 days if it is less than 30 days.
• After repair, the product is covered by a 30-day limited warranty on out-of-warranty repaired and replaced parts or accessories (local regulations will apply if the specified period here is less than local regulations).

The following cases are not covered by the free warranty

• Damage caused by transportation, loading, or unloading during return, replacement, or delivery for repair.
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair.
• Accidental or man-made product damages. For example: liquid intake, fall damage, unsuitable voltage input, excessive extrusion, and motherboard deformation; for power adapters, any obvious hard object damage, cracks, broken pins, serious deformation; for power cables, any breakage, broken wire, or bare cores, etc.
• Product failure or damage caused by installation, use, maintenance, or storage not as required by the instruction manual.
• Inconsistency between the warranty certificate and the product model or alteration of the warranty certificate.
• Torn-off, damaged, blurred, or unrecognizable product nameplate, SN barcode, or tamper-proof label.
• Expired warranty period.
• Failure or damage due to force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, and flood).
